Bronze Alloys
Since the establishment of our foundry in Lorain, Ohio in 1998, Aviva Metals has been the leading manufacturer of continuous cast bronzes in North America. Our production consists of bronze bars in rounds, hollows, rectangles, squares, hexagons, and made to order shapes for customer-specific applications. We utilize both vertical and horizontal computer-controlled casting processes at our foundry, and have the capability to continuous cast bronze as large as sixteen inches in diameter (both solids and hollows). We are also recognized throughout North America for casting the largest wear plates in both high-leaded tin bronzes and aluminum bronzes.
Bronze Metal Alloys
We also maintain inventories of different sized centrifugal cast bronze bars in both high-leaded tin bronze and aluminum bronze bars. Bars up to thirty inches in diameter are readily available for next-day shipment to accommodate urgent breakdowns and repair work. Aviva Metals has a long, family heritage of manufacturing wrought bronzes that no other U.S. company can compare.
