Aviva Metals Ohio Foundry has revolutionized the continuous cast bronze and brass industry in North America. Since the establishment of our metal foundry in Lorain, Ohio in 1998, Aviva Metals has grown to be known as one of the leading manufacturers of continuous cast bronzes in North America. In January 2010, we commenced our totally new state-of-the art foundry. This foundry has a significant amount of additional capacity utilizing both vertical and horizontal casting processes that are computer controlled to manufacture our broad range of continuous cast copper alloys. Our production methods have made our foundry one of the top producing, continuous cast foundries in the United States.
Precision Machined Parts and Blanks
Our Foundry now offers value added Precision Machined Parts and Blanks. We can machine all brass, bronze and copper alloys to meet your most demanding requirements. Our process includes precision CNC Turning, Boring and Milling. We have the capability to go from your prototype to full production runs. Our large warehouse allows us to offer KanBan/Stock and release Programs for our customers.
Aviva Metals maintains its own laboratory to oversee all the chemical, mechanical, and physical properties of our materials. Micro-structures, U.T. testing, and other tests can also be readily done when requested at the time of order. We also cut, process, rough machine, warehouse, and ship material to our customers from this location, both nationally and internationally. We continue to raise the bar on the quality and finish of our bars to ensure we exceed our customers’ expectations.
Our Services
Aviva Metals Houston warehouse operation is a AS9120B, and AS9100D in our Ohio foundry, based on ISO 9001:2015. We are now also offering our complete range of brass, bronze and copper alloys in precision machined or milled parts, in full accordance with your drawings. Aviva Metals creates custom precision bearings and bushings, flanges, washers, double flange bearings, full half bearings, spacers and special machined parts that can be shipped on a global basis and in full accordance with most international standards.
